Hey all,
Happy Earth Day!
I’m thrilled to announce that Digg has been recognized as a key source of environmental news by The Daily Green and its “Heart of Green” award. The Environment topic on Digg has become one of the biggest sources for environmental content anywhere on the Web. So, in honor of Earth Day, we encourage each of you to Digg or submit something that you care about!
I also want to remind everyone that tonight we’re celebrating our first Digg meet-up. The meet-up will be held at Mighty in San Francisco and is the first of many gatherings that we’ll be throwing in the U.S. and abroad. Next stops include Chicago and New York. Check out our Town hall page for the latest dates and details. Hope to see you there.
Thanks and Digg on,
Jay

Thanks to our friends over at Facebook, you can now import your dugg stories directly into your mini-feed (no application needed). Simply visit your profile, find your mini-feed, click on the ‘import’ link, and enter your Digg username.

So why does this matter? Once you enable this feature the stories you digg will not only post to your mini-feed, but also syndicate to your friends through the main Facebook news feed. This helps further our mission of spreading the news you care about, to the people you care about.
Digg on,
Kevin
Hey, we fixed the bugs happening over the last few days around digging, commenting, submitting and registration. You shouldn’t have any more of these issues on Digg (of course, if you do, please submit them to us). We thank you for your patience during this time while we tracked down this very elusive issue.

Hey everyone,
We know that we are currently having some issues on Digg at the moment. Submissions, commenting, digging and other actions may sometimes fail. We have a crack team assigned to it and will be making numerous fixes as soon as possible to get Digg back to 100% for ya.
Please bear with us…
Eli
